Our client’s success since launch in the premium cleaning sector led them to look to a significant upscale in operations.

To plan for this, they wanted to understand current behaviours and future opportunities among both current customers and prospects.

         

The Research

A foundational piece using a bespoke robust online quantitative survey with existing active customers and non-customers in the wider market.

Designed to uncover attitudes, beliefs and motivations in home cleaning, alongside current product repertoires and future directions.

         

The Outcome

Our analysis identified distinct customer personas in the cleaning category, which we then overlaid with our category and product insights to inform brand targeting and hierarchy via an interactive workshop with stakeholders.
